Charles Chung, President
|

Charles Chung is the founder and president of Bits Republic Technologies, Inc.
Charles has extensive experience in storage technologies, ranging from data/system recovery
to system performance enhancement. He was a member of the Microsoft Windows Core team,
and has worked on numerous Windows products specializing in storage solutions.
Charles received his Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and
an MBA in Management of Technology.
Prior to coming to Canada, Charles served as an Army Officer in the
Singapore Armed Forces.
Charles enjoys ballroom dancing, music of high fidelity, photography and being on his skis.
His new favorite pastime is to watch his daughter absorbing the world like a sponge.

David Sussman, VP Strategy and Marketing

David Sussman has extensive experience in
strategic development, marketing, and high-tech
product management. At Creo (now Kodak), David
worked in marketing and Product Management
positions, ultimately being responsible for a
line of products grossing over $25M. He also
built a department of Product Management at a
large franchisor, where his team managed the
roadmap for an enterprise level software
system serving over 300 franchisees in 4
countries on 3 continents. David has been involved in several entrepreneurial
businesses, including a successful website
design and online marketing firm. David holds an
MBA and has studied Information Systems and
Strategy at the Doctoral level.
David has a wife and 3 young children, whom he adores.
He enjoys hiking and camping, writing,
photography, and travel.

Qiang Lin, Security System Designer

Qiang specializes in the design of complex cryptographic system.
His professional experience includes several years of
software development work at both Microsoft and Oracle.
He received his PhD in Mathematics from the California
Institute of Technology, with a focus on cryptography and
encryption algorithm development.
Qiang was also an award-winner in the
prestigious International Mathematics Olympiad.
Qiang enjoys his family life with
his young son and travels in his spare time.

Steven Kuek, Advisor

Steven Kuek, a veteran in Information Commications and IT world,
served in senior roles in advanced strategy sales, business development,
technology management of US MNCs, Digital, Motorola,Informix and spent ten years
running his own professional services organisation serving clients such as Infineon,
HP, Teradyne in regional Asia Pacific roles. His last station was a GM for Continuous
Improvement in an Asian Conglomerate RGMI. His interests ranges widely from technology
to executive coaching.
