With Bits Republic Solutions

Bits Republic makes online communication and collaboration secure, even "in the cloud". Your online 'Workspace' is your own: we encrypt all data at the client level - no unauthorized users, not even us, ever have access to your data.

			MOnet is your online tool, available from anywhere. You create a library of online files to collaborate with fellow users in the presence of complete security and privacy.
			Setting Up a Workspace and an Account for MOnet [x] Method one: if you have received an invitation from a Bits Republic User, then that individual has set you up with an account in order to share files in their Workspace with MOnet. That email contains the Workspace name and your username. Your friend will have contacted you with the temporary password they set you up with. All you need to do is follow the link to establish your account. Method Two: If you have not received an invitation, but are here on your own, you are welcome to establish your own Workspace and account, and invite others in to share files with you using MOnet. To get started, visit this page. Use MOnet to access and share files [x] The next step is to get used to MOnet. MOnet provides complete privacy and security 'through the Cloud'. Monet runs through your web browser to allow you to securely upload and share a library of files from anywhere. If you have established your own Workspace, you will not see any files in MOnet, so feel free to upload several files you wish to share. if you have been invited to a Workspace, you may already see a number of files that your fellow Workspace users are sharing with you. You can access MOnet here, or from the login button on the top right of all Bits Republic website pages. Invite Other Users to Your Workspace [x] Inviting other users to your Workspace is easy. In MOnet, click on 'Invite Users' in the 'My Workspace' tab to set them up. Once you set up a new user, they will receive an email with their Username and the name of the Workspace identified. You will need to contact them separately in order to explain the initial password you have set up for them in order for them to access that Workspace and begin uploading and sharing files.

			MOnet Desktop Integration is a resident application that syncs with your notebook, desktop or server to enable you to automatically share and track specific files with users you designate, without affecting your workflow.
			Setting Up MOnet Desktop Integration [x] MOnet Desktop Integration enables you to sync files in your desktop, pc, or server with other users in your Workspace, eliminating the security risk inherent in swapping files back and forth, the nuisance of manually keeping track of which is the current version, and the duplication of files across several systems (your workflow is perfectly preserved). MOnet Desktop Integration is available for enterprises. Please contact us for more information if you would like to download this application. Running the application is simple. Ensure that you have administrator rights and deploy the latest build. You will then be prompted for a password and the Workspace you wish to establish. Inviting Users to MOnet Desktop Integration [x] In MOnet Desktop Integration click on 'create account', from which you can either import users from Outlook, or enter users directly. New users will receive an email with their Username and the name of the Workspace identified. You will need to contact them separately in order to explain the initial password you have set up for them in order for them to access that Workspace and begin uploading and sharing files.
			MOnet Web Services enables cloud service providers to secure their client's data so completely that even they do not have access to it.
			Integrating MOnet Web Services [x] MOnet Web Services may be implemented using a library of APIs, or alternately run as a layer on your existing services.
