Once you have established or joined a Bits Republic Workspace, you will be able to upload and access shared files through MOnet Desktop Integration or MOnet. Please click here for more information about getting started with Bits Republic technologies.

Local administrator rights are required for installation. Please contact your IT department to ensure that you have such rights.

1. Download the application from bitsrepublic.com to your PC
    
2. Select Run if asked what to do with the download. The program will begin to install.
    
3. Prerequisite software will be installed automatically before MOnet FDesktop Integration is installed. Contact Bits Republic Technologies for more details if you are concerned about additional software packages being installed.
    
4. You may be asked to restart your PC after the prerequisite software is installed.  MOnet Desktop Integration will continue to install automatically after your PC restarts.
   
   
5. Throughout the installation process, you may be asked to verify that you wish to install the software. Click Run to continue through these prompts.
    
6. You will eventually be presented with the MOnet Desktop Integration installation screen:
   
   
   
   Click Next until the application begins to install. Click Close when installation is completed.
    
7. The MOnet Desktop Integration icon will appear on your Desktop.
   The program is now successfully installed.
    
8. Double-click on the MOnet Desktop Integration icon to start it up. You will be prompted to enter three items.
   
   
   1. Your Workspace
   2. Your Username
   3. Your Password
   
    
   If you signed up as a Professional Services firm, you already know your username and password - you entered them during the signup process.
   If you are using this as a client of a Professional Services firm, your firm will provide this information for you: your temporary password will be provided through a separate secure channel.
